Equpiment I use

Many people like to know what kind of cameras and equipment I shoot with. While none of this really matters, I'm happy to share what I use.

I am a member of the Nikon system. I think Canon is great, but they aren't for me. I've been with Nikon for far too long to switch it up now. I shoot with a Nikon D200, and a D70s. I have a D3 on order, but they will be back ordered for some time. All the glass I use is from Nikon's pro line. I use several zoom lenses, but mostly prime lenses. Prime lenses do not zoom, but provide greater image quality. These are also good for capturing bokeh (a fancy word for background blur). If you want your portrait to stand out from the background, you'll love my selection of lenses.

Lighting: I use many small strobes with modifiers that usually suit me well enough. They are small, lightweight and are perfect for my on the go shooting style.

Software: I use Adobe products, with the exception of several small special use programs.
